Je n'avais pas vu ce sujet.....

J'ai déjà répondu sur le forum de la FACM (Oui ,j'ai connu les deux forums en même temps et je participe aux deux...) et c'est bien volontiers que je poste les liens ici...

Tout d'abord avec les Mc Clymonts....
3 soeurs bien mimis parfois un poil trop pop à mon goût mais quand même du très bon...
Leur premier single a quand même quelque chose alliant harmonies vocales,country traditionnelle et tout ce que l'on peut souhaiter à la country australienne..

Désolé pour les sous titres en espagnol (a moins que ce ne soit du portugais) sur cette vidéo mais c'est bouleversant cette chanson sinon...
Vaut mieux passer son chemin si l'on a la malchance d'avoir un enfant malade...
Sinon les albums "Words" et "Street of heaven" n'étaient pas mal avec des morceaux bien speed comme j'aime !

Si EMI est presque totalement absent de la country USA, il est tres present en revanche pour la country made in Australia. Et ce double CD de 40 titres est une merveille !

J'ai eu tort, et nous avons TOUS torts ou presque de passer a cote du 2e pays (?) de la country. Si quelqu'un veut que je lui en ramene un je verrai. Je l'avais vu en import au Virgin Megastore de Paris il y'a une semaine !

As eu tu vent des soeurs McClymonts? Leur album Chaos and Bright Lights a été disque d'or en Australie et il sort ce mois-ci aux Etats-Unis.

Oui, j'ai vu 2 albums d'elles et ils sont un peu partout. Mais je ne connais que le titre inclus dans la compil ci dessus (je suis a l'aeroport de HK )

et tu nous ramènes un peu de country de Hong-Kong tant que tu y es, ok?

Ah mais j'âvais vraiment visité Hong Kong en 2009 et j'y avais acheté du Carrie, Taylor, et même Jessica Simpsons. Vu le nombre de femmes et d'hommes d'affaires americain qui travaillent à HK, on y trouve de la country dans les HMV et ailleurs.

A l'aeroport ( immense d'ailleurs ); j'ai pas vu de magasins de CD.

Le Festival de Tamworth a eu lieu, la CCMA a pas mal communiqué sur des nouveaux artistes australiens. Voici quelques messages Facebook pour des chanteurs que je ne connais pas encore :
